The grounds
The pool, the garden, the pavilion
The plot is laid out so guests and owners never cross paths. A guest lane runs from the gate past the pavilion to the pool, with the units stepping back into planting on both sides. Fruit trees were kept where they stood; the fences are bamboo; the roofs are cobalt tile in the Hội An way.
